What's it like?
Faliraki bills itself as the most popular tourist resort on Rhodes. Seeing the crowds here, I can easily believe this, although it is not necessarily the most attractive. Having said that, the beach is long and pristine (although you won’t have it to yourself) and lined with tavernas, bars and clubs, many of which party well into the night, especially in high season. Faliraki holidays are also popular with families, and there is a large waterpark, to compete with the beach. Hotels in Faliraki are mostly resorts, but there are cheap options for families. All in all, not a town for everyone, but not bad if it’s what you’re looking for.
